Emily began her career in esthetics in 2011, spending over a decade developing expertise in clinical skin and scalp care. As the founder and driving force behind Sage HeadSpa, Emily leads the development of every treatment protocol, product selection, and training standard across all 10 locations.
Her mission has always been to bridge the gap between high-level clinical scalp care and the luxury wellness experience - creating a space where the scalp is finally treated with the same intention and precision as the face.
A mother of three and a seasoned entrepreneur, Emily brings the same level of detail and care to Sage that she brings to everything she does.

Desarai is a Master Cosmetologist whose expertise in professional salon environments and advanced cosmetology techniques forms the backbone of the Sage service protocol.
Her deep understanding of hair science, scalp biology, and the professional cosmetology standard informs every service, product selection, and training program at Sage - ensuring that every client receives care that is not only relaxing but genuinely results-driven.
Together, Emily and Desarai created Sage to fill a gap in the beauty industry - a place where scalp health, relaxation, and expert care converge.
